This page explains what personal information we collect, why, and what we do with it. If anything here isn't clear, email us and we'll explain.
Who we are
Knowsi helps small businesses in Australia use AI and automation. In this policy "we" and "us" means Knowsi. You can contact us any time at info@knowsi.ai.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Your answers to our form questions, such as what you'd like help with.
- Your booking details: the time you picked, and whether you change or cancel it.
- Which ad or link brought you to us, such as the campaign and ad name, and a click ID from Meta.
- Basic details of how you use our website, such as the pages you view and your device and browser type.
How we collect it
- Meta lead forms. When you fill in one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes your answers to us.
- Our booking page at knowsi.ai/book, when you book a call.
- Cookies and analytics on our website. We use the Meta pixel to measure which ads work, and PostHog to understand how people use our site. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
Why we use it
- To contact you about your enquiry.
- To set up your call, send you the details, and remind you before it starts.
- To send you the occasional email we think you'll find useful. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
- To see which ads and pages are working, so we can improve them.
We don't use your information for anything else without asking you first.
Who helps us handle it
We use a small number of trusted services to run our business. They only use your information to provide their service to us.

Some of these services store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. Where that happens, we choose providers that protect personal information to a standard comparable to Australian law.
We never sell your information
We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only while we need it for the reasons above, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information
Email info@knowsi.ai to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll reply within 30 days.
Making a complaint
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please email us first at info@knowsi.ai and we'll respond within 30 days.
If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
